The Cheshire Citizen - St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Cheshire, along with the First Congregational Church of Cheshire and Temple Beth David, are sponsoring a gun buy back at the Cheshire Police Department Saturday, Nov. 19, from 9am to noon. 

Surrendered working guns will receive cash payouts, funded by donations from non-profits, Cheshire businesses and private citizens. No public funding supports this event.  The guns will be dismantled by the police and given to Swords to Plowshares Northeast to transform into garden tools and return to the community.
