Ellis Island Trip of 1997

On Sunday, June 29th, an excited group of travelers met at the Temple at 7:30 AM. We piled into a luxury coach and travelled to ELLIS ISLAND. While on board, some of us watched (while others snoozed!) a documentary about Ellis Island and also a movie about the lower East side of Manhattan. The day was perfect: wonderful weather, great company, and a well-planned event!
